Judy Walker, lovingly known as “Judy”, passed away on September 17, 2023, in GA at the age of 82. She was born on May 19, 1941, in Louisville, Ky. Judy was a kind, generous, well-read, and loving woman with a sharp sense of humor. She found joy in working in her garden and took great pride in her beautiful flowers each year. Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her immense happiness.

Judy is survived by her college sweetheart, Glenn Walker, whom she married on September 3, 1960, in Elizabethtown, Ky. Together, they built a beautiful family and had three children. She leaves behind nine grandchildren, one great-grandson, and one great-granddaughter. Christie and her children, Brittany and her son, Braylen, Brendan and Alex, and his daughter, Malaina, of Chippewa, Kelli (Bruce) Olson and their daughters, Penelope, Evan, and Reed, and Adam (Janet) of Alpharetta, Ga., and their three children, Brooke and Bretton, of Atlanta, and Rachel of Seattle, Wash.

Judy's memory will also be cherished by her extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents Leo and Margarite Burns, aunt Margaret Schupp, in-laws George and Mary, and a dear niece, Teri Walker.

A private service and celebration of life ceremony will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Slippery Rock Rescue Squad, P.O. Judy's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and remembered for her warm spirit, love for gardening, passion for reading, and skillful knitting. May she rest in peace.
