Joyce Marie Carter was born on August 8, 2019 to the late Charlie and Johnnie Mae Carter. She turned her life over to Christ at an early age and she remained a active member in the church until her health failed. She is survived by her children, Johnnie Marie McWilliams, Imojean Carter, Wydell Fulton. She has 7 brothers and sisters Linda Riley, Leslie Carter, Dora Boatman, Lester Carter, Bobby Carter, Billy Carter and J.W. Carter. Joyce loved singing, sewing and of course cooking. She leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
