Swigart, Joyce Jackson Passed away on October 3, 2017. She was adored by her parents, Max and Rose Shrago, her siblings Goldeyn, Myron & Donald. Also, many nieces and nephews, who all enjoyed her kind and happy spirit. Joyce was born on August 12, 1927 in Oskaloosa, IA. She cherished her four children. Preceded in death by Richard Manne (1955-2011), Thomas Manne (1957-1988). Survived by Harry Manne, Marcia Manne Bronson. Joyce delighted in being a grandmother to Alex Rose Handelmen-Wells (Kathrine) and Samuel Thomas Bronson. She attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO and graduated from University of Iowa, with a degree in social work. Joyce went on to be a highly specialized social worker who advocated for all children who were fortunate to be put in her path. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
