It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Joyce Fitzgibbon, who was born on April 3, 1951 and passed away on December 24, 2024 in Clifton Park, New York, United States. Joyce was the daughter of Howard and Thelma Walker.
Joyce is survived by her two loving children, Lawrence Fitzgibbon and Matthew Fitzgibbon. Lawrence is married to Aleda Fitzgibbon. Joyce also leaves behind one cherished grandchild.
Joyce was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School and went on to work at Albany State. She was known for her beautiful singing voice and her passion for music. Joyce's voice could always bring comfort and joy to those around her.
Joyce will be remembered for her kind and compassionate nature, her love for her family, and her dedication to her work. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
May she rest in peace.
