Joy Farrow, beloved mother, partner, and grandmother, passed away on July 23, 2024, in Norfolk City, Virginia. She was born on December 30, 1960, to Ethel Camp and is survived by her partner, Perry A. Farrow.

Joy leaves behind three children: Shawna I. Camp, Corey A. Farrow, and Angela N. Farrow. She also had four cherished grandchildren.

Joy attended Arlington County Public Schools and graduated from high school. She went on to work at Retired Arlington County Waste Water Management, where she dedicated many years of service.

Among her many hobbies, Joy particularly enjoyed traveling. She took joy in exploring new places and creating lasting memories with her loved ones.

Joy's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her kindness, strength, and love will forever be remembered.

Rest in peace, Joy Farrow. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
