Joy Delores TogiaClarksville, TNJoy Delores Togia, 84, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017, at St. Thomas-West in Nashville, TN.Joy was born on January 23, 1933, in Montgomery County, TN to the late Claude Potts and Lucille Bower Potts. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Irene Ladd.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Dr. Larry Robertson officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 21, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.Joy was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church.Joy is survived by her husband of 42 years, Fuatia "Tony" Togia; two sons, Michael (Lisa) DiFiore and Joe (Debbie) DiFiore; sister, Imogene (Ray) Purviance; grandchild, Jodee (Justin) Rapp; and two great-grandchildren, Jake Rapp and Eliza Rapp.Pallbearers will be Darrin Greenup, Billy Travis, Lester Brame, Justin Rapp, Tony Rapp, and Tim Baggett.Arrangements entrusted to Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
