Joshua loved his family and is survived by his children, Sons Lukas and Levi Bruns, Daughters Ivy and Ire Lynne Bruns, Mother Cheryl Lynne Lenhart, Father Douglas George Bruns, Brothers Mathew Lee Lenhart and Nathanial Jacob Lenhart. Grandmother Wanda Davis, Aunts Connie Samuelson (Tim Samuelson), Shelly Humble, Uncle David Daeges (Daina Estell), 3 Nieces, Many Cousins and Friends.

Joshua loved hiking, duck hunting, fishing and camping. However, he mostly loved hanging out with his children and brother.

Joshua graduated from Clarke County Community High School in Osceola, Ia. He went on to attend Vatterott College where he earned a degree as a Cads Draftsman and later landed a job creating road designs for construction. He was continuing his studies to become a counselor through Kirkwood College.

Joshua’s main goal in life was to ensure his children lived well and therefore worked two jobs. Joshua was an avid church-goer and believed in his Lord and Savior. Most of all, Joshua will be missed by everyone who loved and knew him.
