Josephine M. SurdichHellam Twp.Josephine M. Surdich, 83, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016 at her residence. She was the wife of the late John N. Surdich.Josephine was born on October 26, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY. She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Madeline (D'Angelis) Jacino.Josephine was the current owner of Kemxert Corp. and had owned To Be Antiques. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.A Memorial Service will begin at 12 Noon on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at St. Joseph Church, 2935 Kingston Rd.  Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the church.She is survived by three daughters, Sharon Fassnacht of Red Lion, Michele Burton of Westminster, MD, and Desiree Rijos of Highland Park, IL; five sons, Keith Surdich, Brian Surdich, and Darren Surdich, all of York, Chad Surdich of Highland Park, IL, and John Surdich of Largo, FL; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Gerald Jacino, Anthony Jacino, and Dominic Jacino; two sisters, Mildred Mauro, and Debra Nizza; and her late sister, Lois Lee.Josephine loved spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and helping her sister with her dance studio. At the end of the day, Josephine enjoyed the time spent with family and her dear late friend Lucille.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Dr. PO Box 4125, Lancaster PA 17604.Arrangements entrusted to the John W.
