Joseph Ryan Velazquez, age 24, of El Paso, passed away Wednesday, January 10th, 201. Joseph was born in El Paso on August 1st, 1993 to parents, Eleanor Velazquez and Joseph Velazquez Sr., but moved to Iowa to attend college.
We can proudly say that Joseph made a lasting impression on everyone he met with his charm, which was only surpassed by the size of his heart. Joseph will forever be loved by those of us that he left behind.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Eleanor Velazquez; father, Joseph Velazquez Sr.; 2 brothers, Christopher Velazquez, and Justin L. Velazquez; and sister, Amber Velazquez. He will also be missed by the many friends he touched that we now consider family.
Funeral services will be private. Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon. Cremation will be private.
