It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Noel, born on March 22, 1959, in Houston, Texas, United States. He peacefully departed on May 10, 2024.

Joseph was the beloved son of John W. Noel and Ida M. Noel. He was a loving husband to his spouse, Patricia Noel, whom he married in the year 1987. Together, they were blessed with one child, Joseph Noel Jr.

Joseph dedicated his career to the field of Mechanical Engineering and retired in 2008. He was known for his exceptional work ethic and firm commitment to excellence.

In his spare time, Joseph enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family. His love for the game brought him joy and relaxation. He leaves behind sisters Lisa Noel and Jill Lewis and brothers Elinus Noel and Rickey Noel with plenty of cousins.

Joseph will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of hard work and love for his family will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
