We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Joseph Lipsey on September 2, 2025 in New York, New York, United States. He was born on July 3, 1939.

Joseph dedicated many years of his life working at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he made a lasting impact on those around him. He retired in 2005 after a long and successful career.

Joseph was a loving husband to Fran, whom he married in 1960. Together, they raised two children, Matthew (spouse Christina) and Tommy (spouse Alexa). He was a doting grandfather to four cherished grandchildren.

Joseph will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering dedication to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
