Joseph McCloy III, age 90, of Granite Falls, North Carolina, passed away on June 15, 2024.

He was born on September 11, 1933, to Margaret and Joseph McCloy II.

Joseph was a loving husband to Margaret McCloy and a devoted father to his three children, Michael McCloy, Patrick McCloy, and Leslie Pike.

He was a proud grandfather to four grandchildren.

Joseph had a successful career as a business owner and also worked with the Salvation Army, where he selflessly served others in need.

He honorably served in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, demonstrating his dedication to his country.

Joseph will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.
