Joseph "Joe" Simmons, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on December 16, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 75.

Joe was born on June 8, 1949, to Allen and Margaret Simmons in Fort Worth, Texas. He grew up in the bustling city, where he enjoyed playing sports and spending time with friends.

In 1975, Joe married the love of his life, Patty Simmons. Together, they raised three wonderful children: Christopher, Sara, and Brian. Joe was a dedicated father who always put his family first and made sure they knew how much he loved them.

Joe adored his three grandchildren Caven, Brad and Salem and cherished the time he spent with them, whether it was playing games, going on adventures, or simply sharing stories.

Joe will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family. He touched the lives of all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Rest in peace, Joe, knowing that you are loved and remembered by all who were fortunate enough to have known you. A memorial service will be held December 20, 2024 at Greenwood Funeral Home from 6 pm - 8 pm.
