With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Billiot, 86, of Houma, Louisiana. Joseph was born on September 15, 1938, and left this world on January 30, 2025. Known for his kindness and generosity, Joseph was a beloved member of the community. He will be remembered for his love of fishing, his infectious laughter, and his unwavering faith.
