ODESSA - Jose (Joe) T. Moreno Jr., 50, of Odessa, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in Odessa, Texas.A Funeral Mass will be held at 2pm, Friday, November 18, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Chavez officiating. A cremation will follow. Arrangements are under the care of Martinez Funeral Home.Joe was born on May 19, 1966 in Odessa, Texas to Jose T. Moreno Sr. and Julia Leija Moreno. Joe was raised in Odessa and worked for Williams Paving & Excavation as a pavor. He loved riding his bicycle and barbecuing. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys.He is preceded in death by his parents Jose T. Moreno Sr. and Julia L. Moreno and brother Pete L. Gonzales.He is survived by daughter Misty L. Moreno, son Joshua J. Moreno, brothers Richard Gonzales, Mike Moreno, sisters Mary Gonzales, Lupe Franco, Dianna M. Baeza and six grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Demetrio Baeza Jr., Brandon Duran, Bryan Duran, Mike Moreno Jr., Roy Valerio, Jessie Valerio, Rudy Franco Jr., and Arman Baeza.Dianna would like to give special thanks to my sister Lupe Franco, companion Lupe Valerio, family and friends.
