Jose Navarro Castañeda, of Inglewood, California, passed away on May 11th, 2023 at the age of 59. He was born on February 12th, 1964 to Leopoldo Navarro and Silvestra Castañeda in Tepatitlan de Morelos, Jalisco, Mexico. Jose was married to Filomena Navarro for 33 years and together they had 4 children: Dora Lilia Murphy(32) and her spouse Devin Murphy, Fabiola Navarro Padilla(31), Pablo Navarro(28), and Leopoldo Navarro(24).
Jose enjoyed his career as a truck driver and was known for his excellent driving skills and friendly personality. His truck became a second home to him. He loved driving, eating delicious food, and his pets.
Despite his busy work schedule, Jose always made time for his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather to his 1 grandchild, Mateo Murphy(1). His silly sense of humor and contagious laughter brought joy to those around him.
Unfortunately, health complications took Jose from us too soon. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him. Rest in paradise, Chuy.
