Jose Lemus, also known as "Don Jose," of Metapan, Santa Ana Department, El Salvador, passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 77.

Don Jose was born on September 25, 1948, to loving parents in El Salvador. He lived a full and vibrant life, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Throughout his life, Don Jose was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Sofia Zamora, and a dedicated father to their eight children. He found joy in spending time with his family, especially his ten grandchildren, who brought him immense happiness.

Don Jose had a unique talent for cutting wood and selling it, which became one of his favorite hobbies. He enjoyed the outdoors and took great pride in his work.

Unfortunately, Don Jose's life was cut short by a sudden heart attack. Despite the discomfort he felt, he continued to walk around in circles until he peacefully passed away next to his bed.

Don Jose will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
