We are saddened to announce the passing of Jonathan Dobbs, of Hoover, Alabama, on October 15, 2025.

Born on April 2, 1960, Jonathan was the son of James and Jeraldean Dobbs. He was married to Mildred Denise Dobbs in 1982 and together they had one son, Michael (Mickey) Lawson.

Jonathan was known for his love of science fiction, cars, slots, and spending time at the shooting range. He had a career in maintenance and was dedicated to his work.

Jonathan will be remembered for his infectious laugh, kind heart, and love for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Rest in peace, Jonathan. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
