Sister Johnnie Faye cotton was born in Lagos, Nigeria on July 29th 1961 to the late Grace Penn Cotton and John Ellis Urguynda. Siter Cotton relocated to Dallas, Texas the summer of 1995 after acquiring full citizenship. Sister Cotton was  a devoted member of the New Zion Missionary Baptist  Church of Dallas, texas, until her unfortunate  demise.Sister Cotton is proceeded in death by her sister Helen Grace Cotton Jones and daughter Deshandra Gunnet Cotton. Sister Cotton leaves three sisters cherish her memories Janice Davis (lionel),Monica Cotton, and Birtha Jeter; one brother Dwight Cotton (Sondra); five grandchildren Lavarius (Folasade)Cotton, Lamonte Cotton, Iterrick Spurs, Aubrey Cotton, Avery Cotton; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
