John Zaplin, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 69.

He was born on August 5, 1954, to proud parents Heinz and Frieda Zaplin. John leaves behind a loving family, including his two children Michelle Vasquez and Melanie Sanchez, as well as their spouses Joseph and Robert.

John was a devoted grandfather to seven grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and laughter throughout his life.

One of John's greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

John will be remembered for his kind heart, contagious laughter, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
