John Thomas "JT" Williams departed this life suddenly on Oct. 23, 2016, at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover.He was born on Oct. 31, 1984, at Dover Air Force Base in Dover. He is survived by his parents, Justina P. Williams and John Williams, his devoted companion Krystel Jackson and his children. First public viewing will be held Friday, Nov. 4, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Second Public viewing will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. Service of celebration will follow at noon. All services will be held at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Rd., Dover. Interment in Rochester Memorial Gardens, Ingleside, Md.
