John Stewart Sillers, better known as 'Jack' or 'Jackie' Sillers, passed away on Friday, May 18th at the age of 74, after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.  

He is survived by his two sons, Darren Sillers and Shayne Sillers and their wives, Kimberly and Zena; along with six loving grandchildren, Chase, Savannah, Olivia, Zander, Trista, and Mickey.

Jack has touched many lives all the way from Bengough, Saskatchewan to the thriving community of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.  He will forever be remembered for his infectious personality and quick-witted humor. He will also be greatly admired for his courage and unwavering faith during these last few months.  Each day held its challenges and now he rests in peace with our heavenly Father.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 26th at the Fort Saskatchewan Alliance Church, 9935 - 93 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta T8L 1N5.  Immediately following the celebration a light lunch will be held in the lower level of the church.
