Born on July 1, 1963, in Wilmington, NC. He was the son of late John and Dolores Chadwick.

John grew up in Clinton, MD and attended Surrattsville High School. He worked for UPS for nearly 20 years. He enjoyed vacationing at the beach, boating, the Redskins, and spending time with friends and loved ones. 

He loved animals and always had a joke and a smile! 

John is survived by his loving son John S. Chadwick III, his sister Susan Nelson (Sid Glover), his beloved fiance Brenda Coffren, his estranged wife Lisa Vermillion Chadwick, and his nieces and nephews; Chrystel Nelson, Alexandra Mottern, Daniel Nelson, Jordan Vermillion, Jaden Vermillion, Nick Price, Ashley Price, Crystal Milliken, Bobby Morey.  He is preceded in death by his sisters Paula Barnes-Chadwick and Carol Chadwick.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 26th at the Faith Assembly of God, 250 W Bay Front Road, Lothian, MD 20711. Visitation will begin at 1 pm, Services will be held at 2 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Carrs Creek Community Center, Deale, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Calvert Animal Welfare Rescue League (CAWL).
