John Murphy, the beloved husband of Mickayla Murphy, passed away on October 5, 2025 in Steubenville, Ohio at the age of 60. He was born on May 1, 1965 to Michael and Diane Murphy.

John graduated from Indian Creek High School in 1983 and went on to pursue his studies at NYU, where he graduated in 1990. He was a dedicated member of the Cross Roads Christian Church organization, always lending a helping hand wherever he could.

John is survived by his loving wife Mickayla Murphy, his children Devin Murphy and Sierra Reeves, along with their spouses Samantha Murphy and Ricky Reeves. He was also a proud grandfather to three grandchildren.

John loved spending time with his family and always made sure to volunteer at his local Christian church. He will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laugh, and unwavering faith.

John will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace. Rest in paradise, John.
