Bergmann, John Charles 69 of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away on August 20, 2017. John was born on March 10, 1948 in Buffalo, New York. He graduated from General Motors Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 1979, he and his family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where he then started a small manufacturing business. Through his hard work and entrepreneurial spirit, the business grew and continues to flourish today. Faith, humility, and charity were central beliefs to John that his family will carry on in his honor. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Janice. Father to Nancy Bergmann, Amy (Tyler) Dummett, John (Anna) Bergmann, Kristie (Jack) Reed. Grandfather to Hayley, Carly, Chloe, Alyssa, Aiden, Dylan, Avery, Jack. Brother to Pat (Gary) Dirschberger, Diane Walker, the late Tom Bergmann, Terry (Anne) Bergmann, Pete (Cathy) Bergmann, Joe Bergmann. Memorial will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Scottsdale on Monday, August 28 at 11:00AM with a reception to follow.
