John D. Carlson1947-2017John D. Carlson went home to God for a new heart on July 11, 2017. He was born on December 3, 1947 in Long Island, New York. John is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia C. Carlson. He is survived by his "woman" of 13 years, Liz Ezell of Pensacola, FL, daughter; Jamie Ezell, son; Jimbo sisters; Patty and Mary Jane of Florida, Lydia and Debbie of New York, Heidi of Tennessee and Peggy of Arizona. He is also survived by two daughters; Rebecca Carlson of New York and Barbara Carlson of Virginia and his best fishing buddy, Matt Bradin. He will be truly missed, his love, his laughter, and his kind heart. A memorial service will be Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 12-1 pm with an inurnment to follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 1:30 pm.
