A memorial mass for Mr. John B. Graham will be conducted on Thursday, August 4th, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mr. John B. Graham, age 86, formerly of Hilton Head, S.C., passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Mr. Graham was born on November 15, 1929 in Scranton, PA to the late Joseph and Margaret (Murphy) Graham. After graduating from University of Scranton, Mr. Graham spent the majority of his career as Regional Sales Manager for Getty Oil Corporation. He served in the US Army from 1952-54. After retiring from Getty in 1986, John and Paula retired to Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island. John volunteered at Hilton Head Hospital. He served as Santa Claus for the Pediatric Rehab Christmas party for over ten years. He coordinated the altar server ministry for 30 years at Holy Family Catholic Church. He served in the Knights of Columbus, Raymond G. Bennett Council 7289, and was Grand Knight 1988-89. In addition, he enjoyed his role for over 25 years as Caddy Master for the PGA Heritage Golf Tournament at HarborTown Golf Links. Mr. Graham was preceded in death by his sister Joan (Graham) Dempsey. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Paula (Neville) Graham, his 7 sons, Dr. John Graham, Dr. Neville Graham, Timothy Graham, Christopher Graham, Robert Graham, Dr. Matthew Graham and Edward Graham, 7 daughters-in-law, and 30 grand-children.
