Deacon John B. CarrollClarksville, TNDeacon John B. Carroll, 91, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at his residence.John was born on November 23, 1924, in Portage, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rosemary Carroll; two brothers; and two sisters.John is survived by two sons, J. Raymond (Marilyn) Carroll of Clarksville, TN and Jerry L. Carroll of Sandia Park, NM; daughter, Kay (Michael) Nickelson-Pack; eleven grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., with a Rosary Service to follow and on Saturday, November 12, 2016, from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church.John was a Retired Electrician and U.S. Navy Veteran, having served in WWII. He was a Deacon at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for 42 years.
