John (Johnny) Lee Sampson , 75, passed on March 11, 2023. He was born to Bill and Hope Sampson in Falls Church, Virginia on August 02, 1947.
He married Cherie Woodward in 1965 and they lived together in Falls Church, Virginia. Together they raised their only child Carol Lynn. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren. Cherie passed away back in 2018.
He was a soldier and served during the Korea War.
Per his wishes no services will be held.
A repast will be held at his daughters Carol’s house this Saturday, March 18. He will be buried at Sea, by the US Navy.
