John Lacey, beloved father, grandfather, and longtime resident of Marietta, Ohio, passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on October 10, 1944, John lived a full and vibrant life filled with love and laughter.

John was a dedicated employee at Anchor Hocking, where he worked tirelessly to provide for his family. In his free time, John enjoyed indulging in his passion for crafts, creating beautiful works of art that brought joy to those around him.

John is survived by his two sons, Richard Lacey and Robert Lacey, as well as his adoring grandchildren. Dustin Lacey, Derrick Lacey, Johnathan Lacey, Richard Lacey, Jack Lacey and Wyonna Gray.

John will be remembered for his warm smile, infectious laughter, and kind heart. He touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him and will be deeply missed by all who loved him. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Dawes in Newark Ohio.
