It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John Lacey, who was born on October 17, 1939, and passed away on February 26, 2026, in Marietta, Ohio, United States. He was the beloved son of Ralph Lacey and Rosalee Meadows.

John leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication. He is survived by his two children, Richard Lacey and Jack Lacey, as well as his grandchildren, Derrick Lacey, Dustin Lacey, Johnathan Lacey, Jack Lacey II, Richard Lacey II and only granddaughter Wyonna Lacey (Gray) .He was a devoted husband and father.

Throughout his life, John worked at Anchor Hocking in Lancaster, Ohio, where he made many lasting friendships. He also served in the Navy as a Sergeant, proudly defending his country.

In his spare time, John enjoyed indulging in his hobbies of crafts and reading, always eager to learn something new and create beautiful works of art.

John's gentle spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family and his unwavering work ethic.

John Lacey passed away peacefully from natural causes, leaving behind a legacy of love and memories that will be cherished forever.
