Joel Eugene Edwards, born on October 12, 1962, in Springfield, Massachusetts, passed away leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and love. Joel was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, a passion he shared with his family and friends throughout his life. He was a devoted husband to France Lockwood, a devoted father to his two daughters, Tiffany Edwards and Crystal Edwards, and a proud grandfather to five beautiful grandchildren: Anwar Walters Jr, Elijah Haley, Savannah Walters, Sophia Brown, and Stevie Brown.

Joel is survived by his wife France Lockwood and her daughter, his stepdaughter Tina Clarke, his three brothers: Daniel Edwards, Charles Edwards, and Tracy Ryans, all of Springfield, MA, and by his sister Jackie Logan. He is also survived by his beloved nieces and nephews: Zoraya Vega, Jennifer Edwards, Charles Edwards, Loreal Edwards, Tru Edwards, and Story Edwards. He was predeceased by his sister Catherine Edwards.

A dedicated hard worker, Joel spent many years employed at Buxton & Leather in Agawam, Massachusetts.
