Joe Scott, born on December 26, 1961 in Chattanooga TN. He passed away on June 18, 2025 in Athens Georgia. leaving behind a legacy of laughter and love. Joe was the beloved son of John Scott and Shirley Ann Thornton. He was a hard working individual. He was also the husband of Jacqueline Scott, whom he married in 1984. Together, they had five children: Latonya, Joe Jr, Antonio, Shundra, and Jonathan. Joe had a unique talent for making everyone around him crack a smile, whether it was through his hilarious jokes or his fun personality. He leaves behind over 20 grandchildren who will carry forward his legacy of love and laughter. Joe is survived by his siblings Walter, Sheila, Antonio, Rodney, and Maurice. Although Joe may no longer be with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Joe Scott. May you continue to bring laughter to the heavens above.
