Jodessa Cooper was born to the late Joe Cooper and Linda Cooper on October 26, 1969 and she entered Heaven's gates on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the age of 53.

Our beautiful mother was full of life and shared her spirit of unconditional love with family and friends! Jodessa devoted her time to family as the primary caregiver for her mother and middle age son. She was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing huge tasty meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays or any reason to celebrate.

Survivors include her three sons, Dexter (Tracy), Drae, Trevon, grandchildren, Nevaeh, Laila, Jaxon, Reagan, Xavier, McKinley; mother, Linda, sisters, Angelina (Larry), Cheryl (Andre), and Talisha; nieces Ashlyne (Keith), Scarlett, and Charyse; nephews: Joseph, Rommelle, Jerrion and Carmine; cousins, Craig, Vanessa, Sista, Vern, Pam, Beverly, Terrance, Adrion, Rowena, Selina, Tevin, Deontae, Kaitlyn, Craig, and a host of uncles, aunts, and more cousins that held a special place in heart.
