Born Feburary 21, 1947 In Chattanooga, Tennessee. Joanne is survived by half brothers Jim and Brian Scroggins and her only daughter Dawn Collins while last being her granddaughter Ireland Claus and her grandson Connor Claus.

Joanne was 10 years old when she moved to the small town of Homer , Michigan where she ended up spending the rest of her life doing what she loved working as a phlebotomist for her local blood center.

Joanne will be forever missed loved by all we cherish these times we had and will remember her legacy in great strength.
