Joann Garman, 60, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed on July 04, 2023. Joann was born In Philadelphia Pennsylvania June 15, 1963.

Joann passed away peacefully at Sentera Heart Hospital in Norfolk Virginia.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Joann. She loved her sweet teas and spending time with her grandchildren. She had a green thumb and loved tending to her flowers. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved her family including her many nieces, nephews and cousins. She could make anybody laugh and was always there when you needed her.

May Joann's soul find eternal peace, and may her memory live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.
