Celebration of life will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until the hour of the service on Tuesday.She was born on April 10, 1950 in Clarksville Tn., daughter of the late Roland Walker and Lillian Davis Walker. Joan worked 22 years for The Leaf Chronicle as a graphic designer. She enjoyed dancing, swimming, and attending grand-daughters softball games. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Alice Ann Jones. Survivors include her husband; Charles H. Vaughn, daughters; Yvonne (Mike) Sisk, Melissa (Craig) Bluedorn, stepson; Anthony Vaughn, grandchildren; Savannah Clark, Brooklyn Sisk, Kristin Bluedorn, Tony Vaughn Jr., Jayme Vaughn, Melanie Vaughn, and three great grandchildren.
