Joan Browning, of Petersburg, Kentucky, passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 77. She was born on April 8, 1947 to George and Winifred Hughes.
Joan married Ronald Browning in 1965 and they had two children, Sandra (spouse Roger Louden) and Ronda (spouse Thanapat Vichitchot). She also leaves behind five beloved grandchildren Ronnie Louden, Jessika Louden, Nataliya Vichitchot, Hunter Louden, Heidi Vichitchot, and 4 Great Grandchildren, Josiah, Elijah, Charlotte, and Juniper.
Joan attended Hughes High School and later worked as a volunteer at Goodridge Elementary and in nursing homes.
In her free time, Joan enjoyed swimming, crocheting, and going on vacation with her sisters.
She will be remembered for her kind heart, sense of humor, and love for her family. Joan will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of life is being planned and details will be shared once arrangements are confirmed.
