Joan Cahill, 81, of Bluff City, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on September 07, 2023, surrounded by family. Joan was born on April 11, 1942, and lived most of her life in Massachusetts and Florida until retiring to Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Pat Lozinski, and her husband William Cahill, in 2021. She is survived by her daughters Jessica (David) Hughes, Karole Kushner Davis, and Kim Kushner, and her grandson Dylan Hughes. Joan loved gardening, most animals, and nature. Her garden, bird feeders, and chipmunks brought her great joy. She made friends easily and never met a stranger. May she keep making friends and see all her beloved pets at the Rainbow Bridge.

A mass will be held in Joan's name, yet to be scheduled, at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Elizabethton, Tennessee.
