Mr. Jimmy Lee Williams was born in Tampa, Florida on July 7, 1943, the only son of David and Alberta Williams. His parents and only sister have preceded him in death. Jimmy was trained as a marine engineer and worked a a ship engineer for the Anaqua Company for several years where he supervised ship dry dock repair projects.  Mr. Williams character was built on love, honor, and respect.

He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory: his loving and devoted wife of 26 years, Mrs. Minnie Williams; daughter Mrs. Carlissa Dolphy and husband Curtis Covington son, David Williams; Grandchild, Nia Covington; sister-in-law Mrs. Angel H. Fuller of St. Petersburg, FL; nieces, Ms. Janice Delaney, Ms. Yvonne Robinson, both of St. Petersburg, FL; Mrs. Angela Bryant and husband Arthur Bryant of Alabama, Ms. Cecelia Mitchell of Nashville, TN; a host of family member and friends.
