Mr. Jim Ferguson, 71, passed away on Nov. 23, 2016, in the Mat-Su Valley, of cancer. No public services are planned.Jim was born on July 30, 1945, in Mountain View, Calif. He moved to Anchorage, Alaska, in 1995. He worked as a truck driver until his retirement.His favorite things were riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.His family said: "Jim had a loving and caring heart. He would do anything for his family and friends with a smile on his face. He gave the biggest and best hugs in the entire world and will be missed by all!"Mr. Ferguson is survived by two sons; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.His ashes will be interred at Alta Masa Cemetery in Palo Alto, Calif.Arrangements have been entrusted to Legacy Funeral Homes Bragaw Chapel.
