we are so very sad to announce the passing of jessica connor, who left this world on january 22, 2025, in hickory, north carolina. born on August 9, 1988, in michigan city, indiana.

jessica was the beloved daughter of betty hollihan, and her husband dennis.

jessica graduated from michigan city high school in 2006 and went on to find a passion for directional drilling. she really enjoyed collecting baseball cards, finding seashells, adult coloring, drawing wildflowers, and reading about psychology. she also loved her girl cat very much.

not only was jessica dedicated to her hobbies, but she also shared a special bond with her partner, TD frey for the last couple a years. although they never had children of their own, their love and companionship were evident to all who knew them.

tragically, jessica's life was cut short due to a health issue that went unknown and untreated while living in hickory. despite the sadness that accompanies her untimely departure, we choose to remember jessica for the magnetism her personality had on us all, her bluntness and her kindhearted demeanor overall.

may her memory live on in our hearts forever. rest easy, jessica.
