On February 3rd, 2025, the world lost a bright light with the passing of Jessica Benton. Born on August 15, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois, Jessica lived a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

She was a devoted mother to her son, James Benton, and a proud grandmother to her two grandchildren. Jessica was a fierce protector of her family and always put their needs above her own.

Jessica was a graduate of Dunbar High School, class of 1996, where she excelled academically and formed lifelong friendships. She went on to pursue a successful career, but her greatest joy came from being with her loved ones.

Tragically, Jessica suffered a stroke that ultimately led to her untimely passing. Although she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in the memories of those who knew and loved her.

Jessica Benton will always be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her Funeral Will Be Held At St. Baptist Church On February 10th, 9:45am , where she will be laid to rest.
