Jesse Bailey, 70, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed on July 15, 2022. Jesse was born on December 03, 1951.He was born to Charlie and Doris Bailey, December 03, 1951 in Homer, Louisiana. Jesse graduated from C.E Byrd High School in 1969. He married Helen White at the age of 26 and they lived together in Shreveport.

Edward worked at Libbey Glass Plant until he retired in 2013.

Jesse is survived by 3 children: James (Antionette), Paul (Jennifer), and Tony (Renee). He also is survived by 6 grandchildren Autumn, Marcus, Tony Jr, Quincy, Erica and Jeremy.
