Lumberton, North Carolina - Jerry Sawyers, born on August 19, 1948, passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 77.

He was a beloved husband to Linda Sawyers, with whom he shared 40 years of marriage. Jerry was a dedicated father to his three children, Christopher Sawyers, Patricia Sawyers, and Samantha Sawyers. He was also a loving grandfather to seven grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Jerry was known for his kind heart and generous spirit. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need and brought joy to everyone he met.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
