Crane, 67, of Crooksville, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Genesis Good Samaritan emergency room.He was born on May 5, 1946, in Crooksville, a son of the late Frank and Nema Whitehouse Crane. He was self-employed and enjoyed fishing and cutting trees.Surviving are his loving wife of 32 years, Paulette K. Thomas Crane of the home; his children, Carletta (Dwayne) Prater of Zanesville, Charity (Jeff) Work of Malta, Josh Boring and Brian (Tiffany) Boring, both of Crooksville, Shane (Jennifer) Boring of New Lexington, Jeri (Nathan) Rusnak of Roseville, and Jennifer (Ben) Szakas of Crooksville; a step son, Rodney Walters of Crooksville; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin (Ethyl) Crane and Bruce Crane; two sisters, Phyllis Samson and Dixie (Randy) Lehman; his father-in-law, Paul (Florence) Thomas; a special niece, Marcia Kern; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Boring; twin grandsons, Shannon and Brandon; three brothers, twins, Raymond and Ronald Crane and Charles Crane; a sister, Barbara (Crane) Kern; a special nephew, Alan Holland; and his mother-in-law, Maxine Thomas.Friends and family may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 207 BURLEY STREET, CROOKSVILLE.
