On Wednesday, May 14, 2014 surrounded by his family, the Lord called Jerry Allan Franks Sr. home. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.He was born on January 11, 1943 in Sebastopol, CA. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran.Jerry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janie; sons, Allan Jr. (Renee) and Robert Franks; daughters, Shane St. Clair and Sandy Melendez; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. He was greatly loved and will be missed by friends and family.A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Yuma County Sheriff's Posse Arena, 14450 S.
