In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Casey's name to a non-profit animal rescue or shelter.Casey was born on April 28th, 1981 in Tallahassee where she lived her entire life. Casey was a passionate and loving person who cared deeply about animals and the environment. She was a strong advocate for the humane and ethical treatment of the mentally ill residing in institutional settings. She was an elite gymnast and coach. She was an aspiring painter, creating beautiful works of arts. Above all else, Casey may have been best known for her love of dancing and music.Cherishing her love, memories, and continuing her advocacy are her parents Beth Frederick and Steven Hjelm & Jim and Kelley Norred; her sisters Lisa Sonberg and Amber Gabric; her niece Morgan Sonberg and nephew Nikola Gabric; her brother-in-law Dan Gabric; her aunts Dorothy Brown, Laura Frederick, Mary Frederick, Suzann Wisner, and Nan Norred; and her uncles Dennis Brown, Jim Owens, Rick Hilburn, and Richard Wisner.She is preceded by her loving grandparents Willie & Louise Norred and John & Meta Frederick.Casey's motto was "Dance like no one is watching".
