We are saddened to announce the passing of Jennifer Fleming, who was born on April 21, 1978, and passed away on February 20, 2026, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She was the beloved daughter of Ronald Fleming and Sadie Dernive-Fleming.

Jennifer was married to her loving spouse, Patrick Darren, in 1987, and together they raised three wonderful children: Oscar Fleming, Terri Fleming, and Randy Fleming. She had a special bond with her family and was a dedicated mother who always put her children's needs first.

Jennifer graduated from York University High School in 1993 and pursued her passion for horseback riding as a hobby. She was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family.

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Jennifer, who lost her battle with Stage 4 lung cancer. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
