Capelle, Jeffrey M.Jeffrey M. Capelle, 54, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, September 7, 2017, unexpectedly in his sleep.He was born on September 4, 1963, in Fond du Lac, a son of James and Sharon Junaitis Capelle. Jeff graduated from L.P. Goodrich High School in 1982. He attended Moraine Park Technical College Culinary Arts Program from 1982-1984. He considered it a great privilege to take over the family restaurant Capelle's Anchor Inn from 1984-1989. He then worked at Waupun Correctional in food service and then transferred to Dodge Correctional to work as the Food Service Administrator. Jeff was a follower of Jesus. His faith was important to him. He kept it personal, but displayed it in his actions daily.Jeff was a wonderful father, brother, son and a friend to many. He dedicated the last few years of his life to caring for his parents. Jeff had a way with people that would make them feel welcomed in any situation. He was always making us laugh.Jeff is survived by three children: Craig (Kaely), Brent and Kayla Capelle; the mother of his children, Barb Capelle; his parents, Jim and Sharon Capelle; his brothers and sisters: Rick (MaryRose) Capelle, Michael (Karen) Kraus, Wendy (Bob) Kretschmann, Jim Capelle, Kyle Capelle and Kara (Dave) Launders; many nieces and nephews and cousins.He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Victor and Mary Capelle, Matthew and Antonia Junaitis. VISITATION: Friends may call from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac.There will be a private family service and burial at St. Charles Cemetery.A memorial in Jeff's name is being established.
